The jokes haven’t aged at all, despite all the transformations the world has gone through. This show was made in a time when technology didn’t dominate everyone’s lives like it does today. What Seinfeld perfectly captures is that life can be a pain in the ass sometimes. And that’s something everyone can identify with. In the age of social media it seems no one has ever bad luck. People post about their job promotions, how a certain holiday has enriched their lives, and whatnot. If you take Instagram as a source, you get a very misleading image of society.
